Dear Competitors, Promoters and Media:
The purpose of this information is to provide the NASR Logo Standard Graphics Guidelines for any organisation, media outlet or club wanting to use the NASR logo.
Listed below are commonly asked questions and answers to using the NASR logo.
National Guidelines for NASR Logo Usage:
Q: Where should this NASR logo be used?
A: The NASR logo should be used on all forms of communication which include letters, memo’s, fax cover sheets, track websites, or any other NASR related business communications
Q: Where and what size should the NASR logo be on communication pieces?
A: The logo should be placed in the upper right-hand corner on any A 4 sheet of paper. The size of the logo should be no smaller than 2 ½ inches long. The larger the better.
Q: What is the preferred logo colour to use for NASR materials?
A: The preferred NASR logo to use is the White Logo for all communication pieces (letters, memo’s, fax cover sheets, etc.)
Q: Why are there three different background colors for the NASR logo?
A: The reason for providing the Black, Red, and Blue logos also is to show what these three versions look like on these background colours as well as to use on special promotional items like: (apparel, caps, banners, flags, and maybe die-cast cars in the future).
Q: What are the exact PMS printing colours for the Blue and Red?
A: The exact blue PMS color is Pantone Blue 300 C and the Red is Pantone Red 485 C. Anytime we go to print any materials from our office or other locations, these two colours need to be these exact PMS colors for consistency and one professional identity.
Q: Are we still using the words “National Association of Speedway Racing”
A: YES! Absolutely but we are know using the words “National Association of Speedway Racing” as a footer (at the bottom of the page) on our letterhead or any other communication piece.
Q: What font are the words “Australian Speedway Racing” in?
A: The font that should be used with the NASR logo every time is
Swiss 721 BT Bolded and in Italics (Every time please).
If any organisations need to use the NASR logo's for any reason, please contact the NASR National office on (08) 8139 0777.
